- When opened the sash provides a ventilation gap at the head.
- Available as 48mm triple glazing.
Standard fittings
- An espagnolette handle, which has a ventilation position in the striking plates.
- The adjustable friction arms can hold the window open under calm weather conditions.
- Friction arms and U-shaped glide-rails are made of steel with a grey zinc-aluminium surface treatment.
- Windows >1400mm are fitted with circular catch handles on both sides to ensure wind and water tightness.
Alternative fittings
Windows lower than 490mm or slimmer than 370mm are supplied with circular catch handle and friction arm, not with espagnolette handle.
If a rescue opening is required in very low windows it is recommended to use VELFAC 200 ENERGY tophung window.
