Standard fittings
- An espagnolette handle, which has a ventilation position in the striking plates.
- An adjustable friction arm can hold the window open under calm weather conditions.
- The friction arm is made of steel with a grey, corrosion-proof zinc-aluminium surface finish.
- Two- three concealed, corrosion-proof hinges.
Alternative fittings
Windows slimmer than 370mm are supplied with circular catch handle and friction arm, not with espagnolette handle.
- Ventilation: Adjustable friction arms are not designed for use in windy conditions. In such conditions the door should be closed or otherwise secured.
- Installation: Requires a minimum distance of 10mm for the sealant between frame and wall. If sidehung sashes are hinged next to each other, a gap of 15mm between frames is required.
