A handle operated brake, which can keep the window open in a random position under calm weather conditions (however, below width <426mm or height <530mm only with friction arm).
The size of the hinges depends on the window size. Windows over 1800 mm in height with a sash weight exceeding 70 kg are fitted with heavy-duty hinges.
A sash lift pulley wheel to support and assist the functionality of the sash, and which must be activated during installation of the window.
2-leaf elements have a standard espagnolette in the master sash and an espagnolette with safety-lock in the slave sash.
The master sash can be kept closed for cleaning by activating the espagnolette handle.

Weather warning: The window must be kept closed and securely restricted during adverse weather conditions, including strong or gusting winds, heavy rain, storms, sleet or hail, to prevent uncontrolled movement and potential damage to the product and surrounding building components.
